We’re looking for a **Marketing Manager** who is ready to take ownership of our marketing efforts, craft strategic plans, and bring them to life across our retail, commercial, and PRO Sales teams. **What You’ll Do**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Payzant’s goals and values.
- Partner with key team members across Retail, Commercial, and PRO Sales to ensure marketing initiatives support and amplify their efforts.

**Campaign Development & Execution**:

- Design impactful, community-focused marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and unique company identity.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance tracking and adjust strategies to maximize results.

**Brand Management**:

- Be the driving force behind Payzant’s brand presence in our communities.
- Leverage materials provided by Home Hardware, sorting through and customizing content to best suit our local market needs.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Utilize design tools to create visually appealing and on-brand content.

**Content Creation**:

- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including promotions, blogs, and videos, ensuring a cohesive and engaging message.

**Market Insights**:

- Stay on top of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform and refine our marketing initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital marketing, strategic planning, and campaign management.
- **Self-Starter**: You take ownership, thrive with mínimal supervision, and know how to get things done.
- **Strategic Thinker**: You’re as comfortable developing a high-level plan as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
- **Collaborative**: You excel at working across teams and building relationships to ensure alignment and success.
- **Creative & Analytical**: You bring fresh ideas to the table and back them up with data-driven decisions.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with design tools, social media platforms, and basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Bonus points if you’re familiar with the building supply or retail industries, but it’s not a dealbreaker

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
