**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the security industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
