**PROJECT COORDINATOR**

Elexicon Group is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to conduct energy audits, site inspections, survey, model, and analyze primary energy flows (mechanical, electrical and thermal) in existing Multi-Unit Residential Buildings (MURB), industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI) buildings. In this role we expect you to help facilitate energy conservation solutions by identifying and recommending various options for saving energy & improve client’s energy efficiency. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Technical expertise in identifying mechanical, HVAC and thermal energy solutions for MURB & ICI customer base.
- Schedule and attend field walk-downs with customer to understand and determine constructability requirements with the intention of identifying potential energy conservation opportunities.
- Generate feasibility studies and energy reduction project recommendations;
- Establish and build technical relationships with vendors, customers and internal staff aimed at building long-term trust and commitment to achieve energy solution reduction targets.
- Corroborate with business partners (contractors, equipment and manufacturer suppliers, etc.) to facilitate the development and implementation of energy efficiency projects
- Communicate project recommendation details and proposal to Business development team members.
- Attend and present energy efficiency recommendations at customer meetings, applicable trade shows and energy forums and events.
- Contribute in writing formal technical and commercial questions, clarifications, and proposal sales documents;
- Participate in estimate review process with internal and external stakeholders;
- Assist construction personnel throughout the project life-cycle in tracking and understanding basis of cost estimate;
- Stay abreast of trends and developments, such as new equipment, methods and procedures that are developing in the industry;
- Other duties as required;
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-Secondary degree in mechanical, electrical or construction-related field;
- Minimum four years of project engineering experience in energy conservation sector.
- Self-starter, results-driven, able to operate independent at times while working on multiple projects;
- Customer focused with outstanding time management and organizational skills;
- Strong relationship building, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Must be a team player and be able to work with various partners from start to finish.

**Following are the preferred skills**:

- Membership in Professional Engineers of Ontario or within Canadian jurisdiction or working towards it.
- Energy Management certification or in-progress of obtaining.
- Fluent in English and French.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
