Job Overview:
We are looking to fill a full time position - 5 days per week, including Saturdays as scheduled. We are open Monday to Saturday.

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming patient phone calls and assisting with patient inquiries, booking appointments, and transferring calls accordingly.
- Managing voice mails and returning patient calls.
- Maintain electronic health records.
- To communicate verbally, and in writing to ensure patient satisfaction and to deliver quality patient care.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office staff.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to work well independently and efficiently
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficient in computer skills. Experience with Office and Adobe is an asset
