The perks** - Competitive Salary - Grocery Discounts - Clean, safe environment - Fun, worry free atmosphere - A company built on family values with a great reputation **What you Bring to the team**: - Able to take direction well and be open minded to input from stakeholders - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Personable and able to work in a team environment with the ability to work well under pressure - Creative and innovative thinking with strong attention to detail. - Good research and problem-solving skills **What you’ll do as the Marketing Coordinator**: - Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and activities that include print, broadcast and online content. - Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content. - Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities. - Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage with print contractors and other promotional vendors - Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels. - Develop and manage all internal communication systems. - Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues. - Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts. - Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. - Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for franchisees and management. - Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales - Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers, new customers and establish positive public relations - Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) in online media - Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas - Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaigns - Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance **About Wally Parr Sausage**: Wally Parr Sausage has been family operated for over fifty-years and two generations; handing down carefully guarded recipes, as well as innovating new recipes bursting with irresistible flavour throughout the years.
