Join the Willowridge team and support our most valued asset, our people. The HR Advisor will play a key role in our office team managing the day to day HR functions.

**Duties**:

- Provide support and guidance to employees and management regarding human resources policies and procedures
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and resolving conflicts
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Maintain HRIS system and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a human resources role
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
