**Job Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary to maintain their independence and dignity. This position requires a nurturing spirit, patience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Assist with personal care tasks including toileting and hygiene.
- Support clients with dementia care by providing a safe environment and engaging activities.
- Help clients with mobility challenges by using assistive devices safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care, senior care, hospice care, or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of working with persons with disabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to prepare meals that meet nutritional guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation for travel between client homes may be required.
- Must pass background checks as mandated by state regulations.
