**Job brief**

Mortgage Centre Canada is looking for an enthusiastic **Telemarketer** to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential clients to join our MCC Network.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Industry experience is not required.

**Responsibilities**
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to recruit mortgage professionals to Mortgage Centre Canada
- Use scripts to provide information about our services, tools, etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients’ requirements
- Persuade the customer to join MCC by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM platform
- Keep records of calls and record useful information
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment as you will be working closely with the President

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with rejection
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High school diploma;Ba is a plus

**Compensation**
- Full-time
- Base salary plus commission

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
