**About Us**:

- We’re a trusted fire protection company serving Eastern Ontario, known for reliable service and a hands-on approach. We specialize in sprinkler systems, inspections, repairs, and emergency response. Our company has two divisions: Service and Contracts. Our current Service Manager will be transitioning into the Contracts Division, and we are looking for a new Service Manager to step into this key role and help lead our growing team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Whether you're a recent grad ready to launch your career or someone with a few years of field experience, we’re looking for a motivated individual eager to grow with our team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch for inspections, repairs, and emergencies
Communicate with technicians, customers, and contractors
- Track service calls, timelines, and billing using software systems
- Manage technician workload and prioritize emergent calls vs. routine jobs
- Help refine workflows and maintain high-quality customer service

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or field operations (fire protection or skilled trades preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage a fast-paced schedule
- Comfort with tech tools (e.g. ZenTrades, QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) One Drive/SharePoint, Adobe)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, or construction
- Leadership experience or interest in team management
- Certification in Fire Protection Technology, project management or related field

**What We Offer**:

- Rate: $30/Hour
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:00am - 4:30pm)
