The role of the Team Lead is to assist in managing the distribution workflow on a day to day basis. The role will act as a constant and approachable resource for all Warehouse Associates, offering support and guidance in all areas of fulfillment and distribution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Working alongside with the Assistant Production Manager to make ongoing workflow adjustments, based on key performance indicators, to ensure all daily goals are met
- Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately for shipment
- Assist with Warehouse Associate performance reviews
- Maintain and lead cleaning schedule within the Warehouse
- Responsible of review of Daily and weekly checklist for cleaning stations and safety of all equipment
- Run daily standup shift meeting
- Monitor and approve all ADP requests
- Act as an encouraging &knowledgeable resource for all warehouse staff
- Train, coach and mentor warehouse staff on day to day tasks
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Fierce passion for leadership & coaching
- 2-years proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and team-minded

Working Environment

This position is in a warehouse environment and requires extended periods of walking and standing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
