**Overview**

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, upholding food safety standards, and guiding a team toward operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during shifts.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain food preparation standards.
- Monitor food safety practices to comply with health regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, with a focus on food preparation and safety practices.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike.
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Master in multi-tasking required.

Expected hours: 40 per week
