Das Parts is hiring We are looking for a full-time Dismantler to join our growing team

Das Parts is an industry-leading Volkswagen/Audi new & used parts company based in St. Marys, Ontario. With a specialized focus on the VW/Audi brand, we provide unmatched knowledge and support for parts, performance modifications, and more. Our in-house dismantling of used vehicles allows us to maintain a large inventory of high-quality used parts, available in-store and online, with access to an extensive distribution network across North America.

The position would be for 40 hours a week, split over 5 days, and requires you to be present at the Das Parts shop in St. Mary's, Ontario during that time. There is also mandatory attendance to events away from the Das Parts shop during the peak show season, with these show dates known well in advance.

As Lead Dismantler, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and performing the safe and efficient dismantling of vehicles. This is a hands-on role requiring mechanical know-how, leadership, and attention to detail. Yours responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

- Safely and efficiently dismantle vehicles and their components
- Operate hoists, air tools, and other shop equipment
- Identify, tag, and document parts for inventory and resale
- Assess parts for condition, usability, and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Work closely with inventory, warehouse, and sales teams
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols
- A passion for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles
- A Valid High school diploma (or equivalent)
- An Ontario driver’s license in good standing
- A Minimum 2 years of automotive or related experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and work quality
- Stong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to lift heavy parts and work on your feet for extended periods
- The skills to work independently with consistent dedication
- Their own basic hand & power tools (Toolboxes, specialty tools to be provided by Das Parts)

In addition to the above:

- Forklift or equipment operation certification or experience is a plus
- VW/Audi-specific experience is a strong asset

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
