**The position: Part Time Customer Service Supervisor**

This part-time role would assist our staff in all aspects of daily operations including in store transactions, customer service, maintaining the storefront, trimming and handling produce and poultry, and making our speciality items. We are a small, family run business so the right fit is important Follow through on all customer questions, requests and resolving concerns as needed. We are looking for a self-motivated, positive individual with good time management skills and able to work in a team environment. The right individual must be able to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as well as throughout the week and have their own mode of transport as we are not located near a bus stop.

**Desired Work Experience**:

- Retail and restaurant experience, specifically with poultry
- Food Safe Certification or willingness to become certified
- Customer Service Focus
- Team Oriented
- Knowledge of our market is an asset
