The Pearle Hotel & Spa is searching for a Valet Attendant with previous experience in a luxury hotel or service setting. Responsibilities include greeting our wonderful guests, assisting them with their luggage, valeting their car and working with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth and memorable stay from arrival to departure.
- You enjoy providing gracious, attentive and friendly service
- You have Bell or Valet experience
- You hold a valid 'G' driver’s license with clean driver’s history
- You have the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- You have a positive and proactive attitude, and demonstrate the following qualities; flexibility, dependability, and highly team and service oriented

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greet arriving guests and retrieve their luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain the room facilities
- Deliver luggage, amenities, guest requests quickly and efficiently
- Transport departing guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensure that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for
- Assist with keeping lobby area clean, orderly and sanitized
- Ensure that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed procedures
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on the property
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked
- Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
- Provide valet car park assistance
- Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
- Maintain security and access to the parking garage
- Maintain cleanliness of parking garage and hotel front entrance
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Other duties as assiged by leader on duty

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
