**What will you do?**
In this role, you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service to customers.
- Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
- Enter orders and quotes perform quote follow-ups/analyses and follow through with ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- A complete extensive hands-on training program is provided.

- Salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profit-sharing plan.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Skills/Experience**:
- 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (bilingualism in French/English an asset)

- Self-management with the drive to succeed and achieve goals.
- Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions.

**Education**:
- A High School Diploma is required.
- College diploma or University degree preferred.
