**What will you do?**

As an Inside Sales professional you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service to customers. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our fabrication shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
- Enter orders and quotes and perform quote follow-ups, analysis, and follow-through with ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- A complete extensive hands-on training program is provided.
- Focus on career growth and personal development.
- Salaried, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profit-sharing plan.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

**Skills**:

- 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required

**Education**:

- High School Diploma required
- Technical College Diploma or University degree preferred
