**UnDefined** Restaurant is looking for an Experienced Line Cook

We are a refined kitchen with a habit of overdelivering each time, driven by a from scratch mentality with a creative and evolving approach.

Inspired menus change often to keeps things new and exciting. Menu planning and a modern influenced approached are key.

With a Red Seal program, proven career development, and an industry leading following, we are now looking to fill a few spots on our team.

Total compensation from $21 to $24 per hour

**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Ambitious, career minded individuals who will provide consistent support and guidance to all those around them
- Working all line positions in a competent and confident manner
- Performing all assigned duties as required, including prep responsibilities, deep clean requirements etc.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Maintaining a positive and committed focus to your own development and growth
- Receiving direction from The Chef & Sous, and building on that
- Other duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for**:

- 2-3 years Line Cook experience in restaurant kitchens is required
- Current knowledge of modern cooking methods (curing, brining, sous-vide. etc)
- Food Handler's Certification is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
