岗位：广告执行（AE）
岗位职责：
1. 针对客户业务咨询和需求，及时给予答复和跟进处理，同时负责项目商务谈判；
2. 有效完整的转化客户诉求，传递客户想法并落实执行项目，包括：公众号和小红书的内容的；
3. 参与创意讨论并给出个人想法和建议，能有效的鉴别创意品质及创意的可实施性，包括创意文案、宣传口径等；
4. 根据客户需求及节奏，精准匹配合适的达人资源，根据达人及需求规划合适的内容方向，给予内容建议；
5. 整理需求，沟通传达给国内的编导和剪辑团队，推进并协同完成产出；
6. 协调项目所需资源，完成上线发布、排期管理、数据监测及售后服务等；
7. 处理项目过程中的其他问题，完成上司交代的其他任务。
任职要求：
1. 2年以上广告公司项目执行经验，国内4A公司优先；
2. 熟练的沟通技巧，具备视频项目广告执行经验；
3. 具备扎实的文字基本功底，广告策划及事件策划能力，能独立完成项目各类文案的提写；
4. 思维活跃，口齿伶俐，有良好的创意理解及文字执行能力，热爱广告创作；
5. 善于沟通学习，具团队合作精神，态度认真，责任心强，积极上进；
6. 有驾照和自有车辆。
