**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Concrete forming, ICF forming
- Constructing of fencing and decks
- Framing, sheeting
- Window and door installation
- Restore and maintain existing structures, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards.
- Perform construction painting as needed to enhance the appearance of completed projects.
- Install drywall and ensure proper finishing techniques are applied.
- Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and seams for durability.
- Installing flooring, baseboard, cabinets, trim work
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to complete projects effectively.
- Provide maintenance services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Other general rough and finishing carpentry tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
