**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
- Assess customer needs through effective communication and active listening.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs based on mechanical knowledge.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion of services.
- Manage service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow in the service department.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining records.
- Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance or safety.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
- Strong sales skills with an understanding of cash handling procedures.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
