**Job Requirements**
- **Diploma in Massage Therapy**:

- Must be **registered and in good standing** with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Fluent in English

**Responsibilities**
- **Assess Client Needs**: Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint function, range of motion, and muscle strength to determine the appropriate type of massage therapy needed.
- **Develop Treatment Plans**: Create personalized treatment plans based on the client's health history, medical conditions, and specific needs, including stress or pain management.
- **Maintain Client Records**: Keep detailed, accurate treatment records, including assessments, treatments provided, and any changes in the client’s condition over time.
- **Provide Client Education**: Advise clients on techniques and stretches they can perform at home to improve their condition and maintain wellness between sessions.

**Job Types**
