- occurring mental health disorders. Over the course of the last 15 years Cedars has been a leader in addiction treatment and an integral part of the recovery community in British Columbia, acting as the launching pad for thousands of personal success stories.

The Culinary Team is responsible for preparing delicious and balanced meals for the patient population; ensuring that all dietary and nutritional needs are met.

As a Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the culinary team with prep cooking, meal service and clean up for the inpatient population.
- Ensuring that health and safety requirements are met in alignment with food safe and health authority guidelines.
- Participate in daily sanitation measures, dishwashing, and equipment cleaning

Skill Requirements
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally, and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with the various departments involved in the patient treatment process
- Ability to collaborate and problem solve with other team members including counseling, medical, administrative, and support staff
- A commitment to creating a positive environment conducive to healing for both patients and staff

**Job Type**: Part-time

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
