**Why this role is important?**

**Regional Rx Director**

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Operations, the Regional Rx Director plays a vital role in advancing the operations, performance, and service quality of pharmacy locations across the region. This role drives results to maximize pharmacy business growth and performance. This role is the corporate resource to Pharmacists and Associates and the store level expert in all pharmacy driven store operations.

The Regional Rx Directors will provide Associates and Pharmacy Teams with strategic guidance, business insights, and operational support, to ensure that each pharmacy location aligns with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and market needs. The position is crucial for fostering pharmacy growth, enhancing patient care, and ensuring operational excellence across the board.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Partner with Associate Owners to enhance the pharmacy experience, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver world-class patient care.
- Analyzes pharmacy count, sales, margins and expenses to monitor financial success of each location, highlight potential growth areas, and ensure the Associates are on target to meet common year plan goals.
- Support pharmacy teams in understanding and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), workflow efficiency drivers, and pharmacy technology.
- Conduct training and coaching to improve team proficiency with pharmacy systems and patient-centered programs.
- Monitors Pharmacy Team processes and practices in each location to highlight and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with District Managers and HR to foster an exceptional work environment for pharmacy teams, enhancing both patient and staff experiences.
- Regularly visit locations to assess operations, support leadership, and maintain consistency in brand standards across pharmacies.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and resources to support team development, ensuring readiness for operational demands.
- Drive operational excellence by helping pharmacies implement best practices that meet corporate standards and improve patient satisfaction.
- Facilitate change management processes, supporting seamless transitions and aligning each pharmacy’s efforts with corporate goals.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, compliance, and customer-focused service delivery.

**What you’ll need**:

- Licensed Pharmacist in your respective Province
- Registered Pharmacist with at least 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Operations or Management
- Strong understanding of pharmacy business operations, including market dynamics and financial performance metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, guide, and influence pharmacy teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and proven experience in developing and executing business plans that align with strategic goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with associates, teams, and corporate stakeholders.
- Experience in financial management, including monitoring pharmacy counts, sales, and margins.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Travel 50% of the time
