What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Regional Director at Bumper to Bumper:
You will be responsible for overseeing and improving the operational performance of nine Bumper to Bumper corporate stores in the Alberta region. You will ensure stores are meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding Bumper to Bumper's corporate values of ownership, teamwork, and respect. You will develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability while empowering and inspiring store managers and staff to achieve corporate and personal goals
- Oversee and improve the operational performance of 9 Bumper to Bumper corporate stores in the Alberta region
- Ensure stores are meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding Bumper to Bumper's corporate values of ownership, teamwork, and respect
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability while empowering and inspiring store managers and staff to achieve their potential
- Identify and address operational issues, and implement solutions to improve performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and manage the regional store budget and monitor OPEX to ensure financial targets are met
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to assist with strategic decision-making
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures

What will make you the ideal Regional Director at Bumper to Bumper:

- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in retail and/or wholesale operations management, with a strong track record of success
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets while upholding corporate values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and empowering others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the aftermarket automotive and industry supply industries
