**Job Summary**
- Fulfill opportunities with existing customers and develop new customers and fulfill new opportunities;
- Build service solutions with accuracy, clarity, readability and consistency, as well as meet with deadlines based on specific needs;
- Meet, engage and educate customers with updates and recommendations to Audio Visual Conferencing products and organization solutions;
- Communicate with customers and partner resources and collaborate where applicable;
- Responsible for fulfillment of Audio Visual Conferencing products and organization solutions that include, but is not limited to the following: reviewing, sourcing, networking, assessing, referencing, qualifying, on-boarding, documenting, communicating, submissions, fulfillment, quality assurance, reporting and on-going support;
- Act as point of contact to inquiries regarding Audio Visual Conferencing products and organization solutions;
- Attend in person or online/teleconference meetings;
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
- Support the team with knowledge and provide information as needed;
- Act as backup to other members on the team and may complete other functions as needed;
- Meet with targets and individual quota;
- Participate in learning/training initiatives to meet organization/client requirements.

- Knowledge in audio, visual, processing equipment, display devices, projectors, control systems, racks
- Knowledge in design, supply, delivery, installation, integration, maintenance
- Knowledge in Federal Government procurement
- Proficiency in office suite (ex. excel, outlook, powerpoint, word, etc.)

**Certifications**

College/University Certificate, Degree, or Diploma

Audio Visual Conferencing Related Designation (an asset)

Security Clearance (an asset)

**Full Time**

Standard business hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $62,000.00-$79,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- audio visual solutions: 2 years (preferred)
- conferencing solutions: 1 year (preferred)
- Federal Government procurement: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- French (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON
