**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sort, wash, dry, and store Room and Food & Beverage linens to maintain like-new condition.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laundry machinery, reporting any issues to Maintenance.
- Maximize laundry department efficiency by tracking linen and chemical cleaner inventories.
- Provide laundering services for items such as cooks’ uniforms and mop heads for other departments.
- Handle lost and found items efficiently by reporting and delivering them to the Housekeeping office.
- Work with a cooperative team, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.
- Be cross-trained to assist with other roles, including Houseperson, Room Attendant, and Night Attendant as needed.
- Develop confidence in decision-making to exceed guest expectations and ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping environment is an asset.
