The Multi-Site Front Store Manager is responsible for overseeing front shop operations across three independent pharmacies: Northern Shores Pharmacy (North Bay), Nipissing Pharmacy (Verner), and Temagami Pharmasave (Temagami). The role starts with an in

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day front shop operations at all three locations
- Standardize merchandising, promotions, and customer service practices
- Train and support local front shop staff and supervisors
- Ensure adherence to cash handling and deposit procedures
- Coordinate payroll processing and front shop scheduling
- Work closely with our North Bay-based bookkeeper and accountant on front shop related bookkeeping and documentation
- Prepare and report monthly KPIs for each front shop (e.g., front shop sales targets, customer transaction counts, inventory shrink levels)
- Identify operational issues and implement practical, store-level solutions

**Travel Requirements**:
Frequent travel to Verner and Temagami (minimum weekly presence in each site)

Access to a reliable vehicle is required (travel expenses reimbursed)

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in retail management, preferably pharmacy or health related retail
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with payroll and basic bookkeeping practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and scheduling tools
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
