**Hiring: Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial assessments and functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized behaviour intervention plans and behaviour support plans
- Oversee programming and supervise ABA Therapists/Behaviour Interventionists
- Provide parent training and team consultation
- Analyze data to ensure progress and make program adjustments
- Write clinical reports and manage documentation in a timely, professional manner
- Attend team meetings, support staff training, and promote a positive team culture

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Eligible for supervised practice (per CPBAO) or already registered as an RBA (Ont.)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Providing assessment in a home based setting.
- Designing a treatment plan using evidence-based interventions.
- Experience developing and monitoring ABA programs
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical writing skills
- Access to a reliable vehicle and clear criminal record check

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with trauma-informed care or complex needs
- Supervisory experience with BI teams
- Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders (families, schools, community partners)
- Being bilingual is an asset
