We are seeking a **Junior Network Administrator** to join our IT team and support our growing operations.

**Job Summary**

As a **Junior Network Administrator**, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure across multiple locations. This role requires regular travel between our facilities in **St. Thomas, Brampton, and Barrie** to ensure seamless network performance and IT support for all employees.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Assist in network security implementation, including VPNs, firewalls, and threat management solutions.
- Provide technical support for users across multiple locations, diagnosing and resolving network-related issues.
- Install and configure network hardware and software as needed.
- Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and IT inventory records.
- Collaborate with IT team members to support servers, cloud environments, and VoIP systems.
- Assist with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
- Travel between St. Thomas, Brampton, and Barrie facilities as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT support.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel between company locations.
- General knowledge of ERP Business Solutions.
