**Your Responsibilities**:
As the network system administrator, you will fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade the element management and security systems. When issues arise, you will be the first level of support to dig into the root cause by investigating logs and debugging. You will provide after-hours on-call support in a team rotation.

You will be empowered to drive changes to make your systems more reliable and maintainable and will provide expert insight during solution design. You will always think ahead and use your scripting capabilities to automate workflow and streamline processes.

You will compare vendor systems to determine the best solution when implementing new systems, always keeping the customer in mind.

**Your Strengths and Experience**:
You have strong written and communication skills and are a great team player. You respect everyone’s ideas and strive for a common goal with your teammates. You are a creative problem solver who is ready to challenge the norm and provide outstanding customer experience.

Some of your technical skills include:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or extensive experience in a related area
- Strong knowledge of RHEL/Unix Sys Admin Level 3
- Working knowledge of IP Technology.
- Experience in bash/shell scripting
- Understanding of telecommunication networks
- Security concepts and best practices
- Knowledge of Containers (e.g. Docker) & Container Management Systems (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Citrix VDI Technology are an asset
