**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for full-time Client Service Representatives for our growing Client Care team. In this role you will be submersed in the claims process and be accountable for ensuring our client’s inquiries are handled quickly on a day-to-day basis, while maintaining important regulations throughout the process.

You have a growth mindset and are experienced in fielding all kinds of questions and inquiries while striving for first-contact resolutions. You’re an empathetic, patient, and self-aware critical thinker who is passionate about your clients while understanding the need for sensitivity and confidentiality. In addition, you may possess the following skills:

- Solid customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic
- Proficient with computers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to embrace and encourage change
