We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Service Center Representative to join our People team in Langley, BC.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to, tracking and following through on basic team member inquiries and triaging complex matters to the appropriate partners as required.-
- Supporting and guiding team members with the use and operation of our HR management system and new People programs.- Providing administrative support to various People department teams, including Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, Labour Relations, and Claims.- Processing data and metric report requests.- Performing other duties as required.
You have:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or in an administrative capacity.- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.- The ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM min.- Experience with Service Now, Workday and intake management systems are considered assets.- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) with above average writing abilities.

$42,000.00 - $52,500.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
