**SUMMARY**

Responsible for leading the Retail Sales department with business development strategies and account management growth. Supervise the retail sales team.

**RESPONSIBILITES**

Participate in establishing retail sales strategies

Responsible for the growth of key retail accounts including Dollar stores accounts

Target new retail key accounts through business development strategies

Increase sales and company exposure in each market place

Identify new products opportunities and advise the product development department

Work closely with sales & marketing on product categories

Plan, advertise and execute seasonal promotions

Plan, implement and lead bi-annual sales meetings

Support and provide leadership to all sales agents and retail sales representatives

Manage all aspects of human resources for the retail sales, including performance appraisal, discipline, etc., as per company procedures

Meet regularly with agents, retail sales representative and clients

Assist retail sales representative with price lists, budgets and general sales support

Maintain retail price lists

Participate to trade shows

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS**

DEC or Bachelor degree in administration or other related certifications

**5 to 10 years in a sale environment**

**3 to 5 years in a similar position** with same level of responsibilities

Bilingual

Former record of success in a Retail sales environment

Established relationships with clients within the Retail Industry an asset

Ability to manage priorities

Excellent communicator and strong negotiation skills

Intermediate level with Microsoft Office

Available to travel regularly

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
Participer à l’élaboration de stratégies des ventes au détail

Responsable de la croissance des comptes principaux de ventes au détail, incluant les comptes de ventes des magasins à dollar

Cibler de nouveaux comptes de ventes au détail par l’entremise de stratégies de développement des affaires

Augmenter les revenus de ventes et la visibilité de l’entreprise dans les places de marché

Identifier les opportunités d’affaire et aviser le service de développement des produits

Collaborer étroitement avec le service des achats et le service de commercialisation et mise en valeur des produits

Planifier, annoncer et gérer les promotions saisonnières

Planifier, implanter et diriger les rencontres biannuelles du service des ventes

Appuyer et diriger les représentants et agents des ventes au détail

Gérer tous les aspects des ressources humaines auprès du service des ventes au détail incluant la revue de performance, la discipline, etc., selon les procédures établies

Rencontrer régulièrement les agents et représentants des ventes au détail et les clients

Assister les représentants des ventes au détail avec les listes de prix, les budgets et tout autre support nécessaire

Maintenir les listes des prix au détail

Participer à différents salons d’achat

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPÉTENCES**
DEC ou BAC en administration ou autres certifications connexes au milieu des ventes

5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans les ventes

3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire avec un niveau égal de responsabilités

Bilingue

Succès passés démontrés dans un environnement de ventes au détail

Expérience en gestion de comptes majeurs

Solides relations d’affaire dans le domaine de la vente au détail

Habileté à gérer les priorités

Capacité démontrée dans l’art de communiquer et persuader avec succès

Facilité dans la résolution de problèmes

Connaissances intermédiaires avec la suite Microsoft Office, Word, Excel

Disponible pour voyager régulièrement
