YOUR ROLE: SENIOR STORE SALES MANAGER – LEADERSHIP IN ACTION

As a Store Sales Manager, you are the heartbeat of the store — responsible for:

  • Driving sales and achieving ambitious performance goals.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Overseeing daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Implementing effective recruiting, training, and coaching programs.
  • Supporting marketing and local promotional initiatives to grow store visibility.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven retail management experience (5-7 years' experience as a Retail Store Manager level : A MUST).
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — hands-on, people-focused, and results-driven.
  • Experience in merchandising, Clientele development , or recruiting an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) an advantage.
  • A true team player who leads by example and takes pride in creating a culture of excellence.
