The role
As a Retail Specialist, Key Holder you will
- Drive sales by offering best-in-class mobile plans to our customers
- Live out our Values to provide outstanding customer service

A typical day
As a Retail Specialist, Key Holder, your primary daily interactions will be with your co-workers and customers. You will be an integral part of a welcoming and diverse environment that encourages healthy competition for sales incentives. You will highlight the benefits of Freedom Mobile and educate our customers on the latest products and promotions available.

- Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
Other details
- This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check
- As a condition of employment, all new employees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination with a federally approved COVID-19 vaccine (or proof of a valid exemption)
- You may be required to work in other Freedom Mobile store locations within a 35km radius of your Home Store.
