**Duties**:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Manage and supervise retail staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely restocking
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and create an appealing store environment
- Assist in creating and implementing sales goals and strategies to achieve targets
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it can help communicate with a diverse customer base
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Strong administrative skills for record keeping, scheduling, and reporting
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record in achieving retail sales targets
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment

**Salary**: $19.69-$21.38 per hour
