**About the role**

The incumbent will contribute to our organizations success by bringing their exceptional customer centric experience, love for advancing technology and the ability to help promote products and services to existing, new or potential customers.

**The duties**
- Provide excellent customer service on all calls.
- Become an expert with the company technology programs.
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolves issues.
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance.
- Connect and build rapport with existing and new customers and their changing needs.
- Efficiently enter data into company software program.
- Logging items and issues into a ticketing system.
- Handled call in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**The must haves**
- High school degree.
- Versatile customer service experience with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Excellent computer literacy and skills. Both in English and French
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a highly structured, measurable target driven environment.
- Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- Ability to quickly develop a connection with customers over the phone.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Experience in Sales and/or Call Centre environment (Asset).
