**Job description**:
TCG Machines is a fast-growing Calgary-based business that couples innovative card sorting hardware with patented computer vision technology to service the $25-billion global trading card market. Over the past 10 years, we have developed an industry-changing sorting machine, the PhyzBatch-9000, which is capable of digitally cataloguing and physically sorting trading card game (TCG) and sports cards with previously unimagined speed and precision. We have a distributed fleet of hundreds of machines spanning the globe, and we’re just getting started.

**Your Role**

**Location**
- **APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN CALGARY.**_ Due to the confidential nature of the work, you will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

**What will my job look like on a daily basis?**

EA Tasks
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, managing inboxes, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, communicating and tracking action items.
- Facilitate consistent and clear communication between the executives and the company leads, and the entire team.
- Assist with tracking and communicating key performance indicators.
- Assist with tracking and communicating key deadlines and deliverables of each team to facilitate coordination between teams on major initiatives.
- Assist with keeping the team roles and responsibilities and business process flow diagrams updated and visible to the whole team.
- Keeping corporate documents organized and up to date.

HR & General Admin Tasks
- Manage the onboarding process, including coordination of starting date, setting up user account logins and permissions, arranging for office space and any computer or special requirements for the position, ensuring correct documentation is executed and filed.
- Track and facilitate employment-related dates and schedules for all company employees (performance reviews, birthdays, etc.).
- Manage corrective and disciplinary action concerning employees, including terminations.
- Keeping all HR documentation organized while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Plan and organize company events.
- Assist with planning, registration, and general coordination of trade shows and expos.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Experience in event planning and project coordination is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
