**Duties**

- Assist in menu planning and development, providing input on seasonal offerings
- Handle food safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Utilize proper knife skills for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency
- Support catering events as needed, preparing dishes for off-site service
- Contribute to a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred
- Familiarity with fine dining service and restaurant operations is advantageous
- Background in the food industry or culinary arts is essential
- Demonstrated experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices
- Knowledge of catering services and meal preparation techniques is beneficial
