We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and has experience working in a fast passed medical aesthetic environment.

- Confident and knowledgeable
- Experienced in a administrative role in the Medical and Medical Aesthetics industry
- Computer savvy and able to learn and adapt to new systems with ease

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-years experience in a Patient Coordinator/ MOA role
- Must be available to work on weekends, evenings and flexible to adapt to the schedule
- Experienced with EMR system
- Medical aesthetic knowledge and experience
- Organized and strong at multi-tasking

Role Responsibilities:

- Managing bookings of doctors and technicians
- Taking calls and booking appointments
- Managing billings and daily cashouts
- Welcoming and checking out patients
- Stock control
- Capturing of daily data
- Set up doctors rooms each day
- Restock injectable rooms before and after each doctor shift
- Ensure all patients have completed necessary consent forms before continuing with treatment
- Prepare injectable patients and rooms for each appointments
- Provide aftercare advice to patients after each appointment
- Assist with taking before and after images
- Dispose of needles safely and appropriately
- Manage doctors time efficiently
- Have a full understanding of injectables and the treatments offered

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
