**_Hourly base rate - $19.68 + shift premium - $0.50 cents per hour cents per hour_**

Leading mixing department within the production lines to complete daily production duties/tasks.
- Inspect product to ensure quality and customer requirements are being met
- Coordinate break times accordingly
- Record appropriate information on production records
- When needed, perform general labor tasks on the production line
- Ensure to follow all Health and Safety / GMP policies
- Maintain department good housekeeping, ensure that the work area(s) are maintained in a clean, organized, and orderly fashion at all times
- Other duties/responsibility as assigned.

**Specific Skills requirements**:
At least one year of working experience in a food manufacturing industry, preferably bakery
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in a unionized food manufacturing plant
- Working knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Well organized, goal oriented, work well under pressure, and be a good problem solver.
- Lift truck license is an asset
