**Job Description**:
Customer Service Representative

Boyd Autobody & Glass is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to help us WOW our customers We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at one of our busy locations. The Role

Our Customer Service Representative will assist our customers throughout the repair process, providing information, speaking with the insurance company, and leveraging their experience to provide superior customer service.- Greet and assist customers- Coordinate rental vehicles and courtesy cars- Scheduling repair appointments- Communicate with insurers regarding deductibles, coverage, etc.- Provide information to customers about all aspects of the collision repair process- Collect information about vehicle damage- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair

**Requirements**:
- Previous collision repair industry experience an asset- Retail/customer service and administrative experience required- Outstanding customer service skills- Solid administrative skills- Enthusiastic, reliable, punctual- A positive attitude- A willingness to learn- Ability to work effectively as part of a team- Legally authorized to work in Canada
