We are looking for a dynamic self-starter in the Indirect Partner Channel business unit as a **Business Development Coordinator **for our **Head Office **branch to be located in **Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or** **Toronto** The Business Development Coordinator** **role works in partnership with our IPC partners, the Long View direct Sales, Technical and Practice teams across North America. This role is laser focused on serving our Partners to help generate sales leads, convert to opportunities, track and report in CRM and deliver on the KPI’s for the IPC business unit.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Coordinate and administer tasks and projects with the IPC partner ecosystem and all applicable Long View business units
- Support the transition of the IPC business into the new D365 (CRM) software
- Assist weekly with the IPC forecast and report(s) for Sales VP’s and PD’s
- Identify, track and report all IPC opportunities with the Finance team to ensure revenues and margins are captured and reported
- Support IPC partner requests for Long View leads for project services and managed services
- Maintain applicable IPC records, MSA’s, NDA’s, contracts, documents
- Work with applicable Long View technical team members to assist in building statements of work and other contract templates
- Liaise with the finance team to support purchase order, invoice information and approvals, accounts receivable, and project budgets
- Develop relationships with partners by providing an exceptional customer experience to allow leads generation, revenue and growth opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Long View pre-sales, technical, and operational teams to ensure excellent customer service both for partner and internal Long View contacts
- Build strong relationships with IPC partners to enhance Long View’s profile to increase business
**What You Bring**:
- 5+ years of experience in business administration or coordination, preferably in technical sales or sales operations.
- Exceptional partner, client, and dynamic people skills
- A curious mind, strong aptitude for learning and keen sense of using automation, data, analytics and technology to maximize efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills along with high energy and strong initiative
- Drive and passion for business development to meet/exceed quarterly objectives
- Strong proficiency in CRM, Copilot, AI, Microsoft suite, SharePoint
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills; works very well with others

Expected Salary Range is $60,000 - $75,000.
