We are seeking a talented Show Home Sales & Marketing Assistant to join us in showcasing our properties and driving sales growth through innovative marketing strategies.

**Position Overview**:
As a Show Home Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, with a primary focus on showcasing our homes to potential buyers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, assist in sales activities, and contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors to our show homes and provide them with information about our properties and available options.
- Conduct guided tours of show homes, highlighting key features and design elements to potential buyers.
- Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Maintain show homes to ensure they are clean, organized, and presented in the best possible light.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, including brochures, floor plans, and promotional materials.
- Support administrative tasks such as updating marketing collateral, websites and maintaining customer databases.
- Support in social media initiatives and post planning.
- Daily Signage Placement

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably in the real estate or home building industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, Canva and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work Monday to Thursday 3-8PM and Saturday & Sunday 12-5PM.
- Enthusiasm for real estate and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Must have a vehicle and ability to show different properties through out the day.
