We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team at Probe Investigation & Security Services Ltd. **Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Assist guests with inquiries about local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling phone calls and guest interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle reservations and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably as a concierge.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel front desk operations is a plus.

Pay: $17.50-$19 per hour
