Our customers are looking for a concierge, we're looking for a liaison between our customers and our technicians - be both with C.A.S. Power Marine Ltd

**Responsibilties**:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain repair processes and recommend services to clients.
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain organized service records and follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

C.A.S. Power Marine Ltd. is Waterloo Region's largest marine retailer, specializing in new & used boat, trailer and outboard motor sales. Our service department operates year-round with factory-trained technician's from leading manufacturers ensuring our customer's boats are ready for the water

**Purpose of the Role**:
Contribute to the growth and success of C.A.S. Power Marine Ltd. by providing a high level of customer service through the accurate recording of service requests and ensure timely and appropriate completion of repairs. Growth will be achieved by maximizing department sales of labour and parts; A high level of customer service will be achieved by keeping the customer informed of status and obtaining authorization for additional recommended service

- Qualifications_
- 1+ years of service advising experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Completion of high school or higher

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 47.5 per week
