Pinnacle Behavioural Support is searching for experienced and motivated Youth Workers to assist with our In-Home and Residential services. Applicants should have a strong foundational knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed approaches, conflict management, and verbal de-escalation techniques.

Applicants must possess a completed degree relevant to the field (Child & Youth Worker, Psychology, Social Work, etc.), valid NVIC, with recent Vulnerable Sector & Child welfare checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
