Zoetis Canada is looking for a **Veterinary Services Manager **for the** Companion Animal Product Support Team **responsible for providing outstanding veterinary medical support to both internal and external customers. The position fulfills the regulatory requirement of monitoring the safety, efficacy and quality of Zoetis products (biologicals, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics) used in the domain of companion animal medicine in order to insure timely filling out pharmacovigilance reports.

Further responsibilities include:

- Proactively identify trends in the veterinary medicine industry and contribute to discussions on business impact and strategic direction
- Fulfill an inbound and outbound function to maintain and develop strong professional relationships with companion animal accounts to reinforce good relationships and create sales opportunities
- Investigate and facilitate resolution of product enquiries, complaints and suspected adverse events to meet regulatory requirements and optimize customer satisfaction
- Provide medical and scientific information to develop and sustain a highly-competent business unit team

Le poste répond aux exigences réglementaires de surveillance de la sécurité, de l'efficacité et de la qualité des produits Zoetis (biologiques, pharmaceutiques et diagnostics) utilisés dans le domaine de la médecine des animaux de compagnie afin d'assurer la production des rapports en temps opportun des cas de pharmacovigilance.

Les autres responsabilités comprennent:

- Identifier de manière proactive les tendances dans l'industrie de la médecine vétérinaire et contribuer aux discussions sur l'impact commercial et l'orientation stratégique
- Remplir une fonction entrante et sortante pour maintenir et développer de solides relations professionnelles avec les comptes d'animaux de compagnie afin de renforcer les bonnes relations et de créer des opportunités de vente
- Enquêter et faciliter la résolution des demandes de renseignements sur les produits, des plaintes et des événements indésirables suspectés pour répondre aux exigences réglementaires et optimiser la satisfaction des clients
- Fournir des informations médicales et scientifiques pour développer et maintenir une équipe d'unité commerciale hautement compétente
