Toyotetsu Canada Inc. (TTCA) is a Tier 1 Automotive Parts Supplier to Toyota Manufacturing Facilities located in the heart of Norfolk County (Simcoe, ON). We utilize state of the art technology to ensure our automotive parts are assembled with a high degree of quality.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Assisting and supporting Health and Safety documentation, such as policies, procedures, work instructions and archiving.
- Facilitating new hire orientation with EHS Specialists.
- Assisting team members in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
- Participate in meetings and training as they relate to Health and Safety matters
- Assist in maintaining health and safety records
- Data entry to track training compliance

**Key Skills and Characteristics**:

- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with professionalism and maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate Knowledge of MS office
- Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Education/Experience Desired**:

- Be currently enrolled as a full time post-secondary student in a recognized institution.
- Have completed one year in program of related discipline
