- Optimize service quality to small businesses, aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential

Basic requirements
- Between five and ten years of experience
- in management and coaching of a consulting / business development team
- in business development in the financial field
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Industry-related university certificate or PUB and nine years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Be a mutual fund representative (REC)
- Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring
